Here at Tenerife Magazine we are passionate about supporting positive causes, such as charitable organisations that are doing important work. One such charity is Ingane Yami Children’s Village located near Durban in South Africa. Their fantastic mission statement is to rescue children, rebuild families, restore lives, release leaders.
This amazing charity is closely supported by Pearly Grey Ocean Club, who help to raise funds through the generous donations from the staff and guests. Over the years those working and staying at the resort having formed a strong interest in helping Ingane Yami provide support to as many children as possible.
While there is still much to do in South Africa for underprivileged children, the vital work that the charity does is a huge step in the right direction. Another very important way that Pearly Grey helps to raise funds for Ingane Yami is through the annual charity golf tournament.
The first tournament was run back in 2010 and it is now we have the 9th edition of this tournament for you to look forward to. If you’ve never played in the tournament before we can guarantee you will love it and of course if you’ve taken part in previous years, you know you can expect a brilliant day. Since 2010 the tournament has grown and grown in popularity and status, now being one of the most eagerly anticipated on the Tenerife golf calendar.

The tournament will once again be held at the beautiful Golf Costa Adeje course in the south of Tenerife.
